These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Siksha Nation Scholarship Exam ("the Exam"), conducted by Career Upskill Edtech Pvt Ltd (CIN: U85220BR2025PTC075050). By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility & Application
- The candidate must genuinely be a student of the class/level selected in the application form at the time of applying.
- All information submitted (name, date of birth, contact details, academic details, Aadhar number, etc.) must be true and accurate. Providing false information may lead to disqualification at any stage, including after results are declared.
- Only one application is permitted per candidate per exam cycle. Duplicate applications may be cancelled without refund.
- The passport-size photograph uploaded must be a recent, clear photograph of the candidate — it will appear on the official Admit Card.
2. Application Fee
- The application fee must be paid online through the payment gateway provided on the website.
- The application fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to appear for the exam, technical issues on the candidate's end, or disqualification due to incorrect information.
- A successful payment, along with a system-generated Application Number and Roll Number, is confirmation of a valid application.
3. Admit Card & Exam Conduct
- The Admit Card is mandatory and must be carried (printed or digital) to the exam center along with a valid original photo ID proof.
- Candidates must reach the exam center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to appear for the exam.
- Use of mobile phones, smartwatches, or any electronic/communication device inside the exam hall is strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification.
- Any form of malpractice, impersonation, or misconduct during the exam will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of the candidature, with no fee refund.
- Siksha Nation reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify the exam date, time, or center due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice to candidates via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
4. Results & Scholarship Award
- Results will be declared on the official website and communicated via the contact details provided in the application.
- The decision of the evaluation committee regarding ranks, scores, and qualification status is final and binding.
- Scholarship amounts, benefits, and eligibility criteria for the scholarship award will be as communicated separately at the time of result declaration and are subject to the candidate securing admission through the process described in these terms.
- Any support services described as part of this scholarship program (mentorship, admission guidance, placement support, etc.) are provided on a best-effort basis by Siksha Nation and/or its partner institutions, and do not constitute a guarantee of employment or admission to any specific institution.
5. Communication
By applying, candidates consent to receive communication (result updates, admit card, counselling calls, offers, and program updates) via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and phone call on the contact details provided in the application form.
6. Limitation of Liability
Siksha Nation and Career Upskill Edtech Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience arising from internet connectivity issues, payment gateway failures, incorrect information provided by the candidate, or circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
7. Changes to These Terms
Siksha Nation may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the exam process after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
