- Contact details: Email address, mobile number, WhatsApp number, residential address, state, district, pincode.
- Government ID: Aadhar number (used solely for identity verification during the exam and result process).
- Family details: Parent/guardian name, occupation, and contact numbers.
- Academic details: Current class, stream, board, and school/institute name.
- Payment information: Handled entirely by our payment partner (Razorpay) — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
2. Why We Collect This Information
- To process your scholarship exam application and generate your Application Number, Roll Number, and Admit Card.
- To allocate an appropriate exam center based on your location (pincode).
- To verify your identity at the exam center and prevent impersonation.
- To communicate important updates — admit card release, exam date/time, results — via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone call.
- To offer counselling, mentorship, college admission guidance, and placement support to qualifying/participating candidates, where applicable.
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements where applicable.
3. How We Protect Your Information
- Your photograph and documents are stored on secure servers with restricted access.
- Sensitive documents (like your full Application Form PDF, which includes your Aadhar number) are only accessible to you after we verify your identity — either automatically right after a successful payment, or by re-confirming your registered email and date of birth.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Sharing of Information
We share your information only in these limited situations:
- Payment processing: With Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, solely to process your application fee payment.
- Exam centers: Your name, roll number, and photo may be shared with the exam center partner responsible for conducting the exam at your allotted center.
- Sponsor/partner institutions: If you qualify for admission or placement support, relevant academic details may be shared with partner colleges/institutions solely to facilitate that support, with your continued participation implying consent.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority.
5. Data Retention
We retain your application data for as long as necessary to process your scholarship application, declare results, provide the promised support services, and comply with our legal/regulatory obligations. You may request deletion of your data after the scholarship cycle concludes by contacting us at the email below, subject to any legal retention requirements.
6. Your Rights
- You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- You can request correction of inaccurate information.
- You can withdraw consent for promotional/counselling communication at any time by contacting us (this does not affect essential exam-related communication like admit card/result updates).
